1. How Can I Pay?


There are several ways you can pay for your internet order:


Credit card:

When ordering, you select your type of credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and we debit the sum from your credit card account for the available goods at the time of shipping.

We use PayPal system for credit card payments. Additional fees may apply.



PayPal:

PayPal is a popular method of payment. It’s quick, easy and safe! If you haven't got an account with Paypal already, you can set one up at www.paypal.com. The procedure is very simple!

Enter your PayPal Login and Password details when you’re ready to complete your order and confirm the total amount. Additional fees may apply.



Bank transfer:

You can make a SEPA transfer directly from your account holding bank. They will ask you for our IBAN and Swift/BIC Code. All this information is provided by us here at Sky-Shop.eu and will be sent to you in your order confirmation.

Some banks will apply a charge to transfer money across to us here in Lithuania, so please check beforehand. Usually, if transfer completed from European bank, transfer fees are low and it takes 1-2 working days to arrive.

An international bank transfer (outside European Union) takes usually 2-4 working days to arrive but you’ll see the status of your order change once the transfer has arrived. We reccomend Transferwise (www.transferwise.com) for low transfer fees and better currency exchange rate.


2. Do I have to pay value-added tax (VAT)?


Deliveries within Lithuania will be charged at the local Lithuanian VAT rate. 


Deliveries to EU countries will be charged at 21% VAT rate (where applicable).


0% VAT will be applied for valid VAT holders (please provide valid VAT number). Very important: payment has to be completed from VAT holder account.

If delivery address outside European Union (for example to Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Australia, UAE,....etc) system will apply 0% VAT.


3. How can I track my order?


Minutes after the goods have left our warehouse you will receive an email and/or text message informing you about the shipment of your order. 

Your order can be shipped in several different ways:

4. How long does the shipping of my internet order take?


This depends very much on the products.  Stock orders are processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours. Custom orders (such as custom canopies, containers, out of stock helmets) may vary depending on manufacturing time.


The indication of the product availability on our product pages and in many product lists is an important clue. If items are available and in stock, we can usually send them immediately, all other delivery times are confirmed delivery times from our suppliers, this means if the delivery status shows "2-3 days", the product should arrive in our warehouse within 2-3 days.


On rare occasions we are let down by our suppliers and therefore cannot meet the advertised date. 


5. Do you have an Affiliate/Partnership Program?


Yes, we do. We call it a Partner program.The basic idea of our Partner Program is that you as a retailer/distributor have the opportunity to benefit from receiving additional discount on all the purchases generated on our website. Also, we are able to offer to you low UPS, Postal shipping.


6. What are the Shipping Rates?


You can check shipping rates on our website. Add to basket different products, go to shopping cart and click 'Estimate Delivery' and system will show you all possible options.
