1. How Can I Pay?

 

There are several payment options available for your purchases on Sky-Shop.eu:

 

Credit Card: You can choose your preferred credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) during the ordering process. We use Stripe payment system for credit card payments. Additional fees may apply.

 

PayPal: PayPal is a popular, quick, and secure payment method. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can set one up at www.paypal.com. Simply enter your PayPal login and password details during checkout. Additional fees may apply.


Stripe (Debit/Credit Cards and Other Local Payment Systems): Stripe is a widely used online payment processing platform that enables businesses and individuals to accept payments over the internet. Select this option for Debit and Credit card payment or for any of the following payment methods: Bancontact, Giropay, iDEAL, EPS, P24 (Przelewy24), Klarna.

 

Bank Transfer: You can make a SEPA transfer directly from your bank account using our provided IBAN and Swift/BIC Code. Please check with your bank for any transfer fees. Typically, transfers from European banks have low fees and take 1-2 working days to arrive.

 

2. How Can I Pay If I Am Based Outside the EU?

 

For international bank transfers from countries outside the European Union, it usually takes 2-4 working days to process. We recommend using Wise.com for lower transfer fees and favourable currency exchange rates. When making international wire transfers, please use our provided bank details:

3. Is All of Your Catalogue Online?


We strive to feature all the products we have available in our online catalogue. Nevertheless, there may be instances where not all products are listed on our website. If you cannot locate the specific items you are looking for, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will make every effort to source them for you. This also applies to products from manufacturers with whom we are not presently affiliated as dealers.


4. Do I Have to Pay Value-Added Tax (VAT)?

 

- Deliveries within Lithuania will include the local Lithuanian VAT rate (21%).

- Valid VAT holders can benefit from a 0% VAT rate. To qualify for VAT-free purchases, you must register as a Company (VAT number holder) in the Registration page and provide us with a valid VAT number. Payments should be made from the VAT holder's bank account to be eligible for the exemption. Otherwise, full VAT applies.

 

- A 0% VAT rate will also be applied automatically for deliveries outside the European Union when you provide delivery information during checkout.

 

5. How Can I Track My Order?

 

Shortly after your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or text message with shipment details. You can track your parcel using the following methods:

 

To track your order that was shipped with UPS please visit the official UPS page and enter the tracking number of your order.

6. How Long Does Shipping Take for My Order?

 

Shipping times vary depending on the product(s) purchased. Stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. Custom orders may have different delivery times based on manufacturing requirements.

 

Product availability is indicated as In Stock or Pre-Order on product pages. If a product marked as in stock is unavailable, we will promptly inform you and offer alternatives or a refund.

 

Delivery times provided during checkout are approximate and determined by the couriers. Within the EU, delivery can range from 1-2 working days (UPS Express Saver) to 1-3 weeks (Postal services). Delivery times outside the EU may vary, but usually range between 2-4 working days with UPS and 2-5 weeks with Postal services, depending on your location.

 

In rare cases of supplier or courier delays, we will notify you promptly and provide solutions.


7. Why Are There No Shipping Options To My Country?


Even though we ship worldwide, it may happen that some countries will not have available shipping options displayed. If no shipping options are available to your destination, contact us and let us know the location you want the product(s) to be delivered to and we will do our best to arrange the delivery.


8. What Are the Shipping Rates?

 

To check shipping rates, add products to your shopping cart, click View cart, and open the Estimate Shipping & Taxes box. The available shipping methods and prices will depend on your location, product size, price, and selected shipping method, which also determines the delivery time.
