Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions establish the rights and obligations between UAB Pikstipa (“Us”, “We”, “Sky-Shop”, “Seller”) and the Customer (“You”, “Buyers”) and constitute a legally binding agreement made between Sky-Shop and the Customer who in any way uses and purchases goods from website (“”, “Website”). It involves access to and use of the Website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). All customers must read the Terms and Conditions prior to using and purchasing from the Website.

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

We may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the altered version on our website. You should visit the website regularly to keep up to date with any alterations. In case of an alteration, the altered Terms and Conditions only apply to goods ordered via the website after the alteration takes effect.

If we the changes are material, we will let you know by posting the changes through the Services and/or sending you an email or message about the changes. That way you can decide whether you want to continue using the Services. Changes will be effective upon the posting of the changes unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any changes. Your use of the Services following the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

General Rules

The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer selects the desired product(s) in the Site and adds them to the shopping cart, provides all the necessary and accurate data and delivery information, reads these Terms and Conditions, Privacy PolicyCookie Policyand makes an order. undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay for them in accordance with the procedures established in these Terms and Conditions.


You can buy goods offered online by completing the online order, which is explained in detail in Online Ordering Process page. To buy goods via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. We may cancel orders where we consider that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify and refund you for the amount charged, less delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties, at our discretion.


To make a purchase from our online store, you can either register an account or make a checkout as a guest. We highly recommend registering, since you will only need to fill the information blank once. You will also be able to view your past orders, build and modify your wish list and edit your information easily. When registering, you agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

Depending on the type of the product(s) you purchased (custom-made or ready-made) and on their availability (“in stock” or “pre-order”), you have some time to update the already submitted order.

All products are subject to availability, i.e. being in our stock at the time of receiving the payment from the Customer. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute or notify about longer waiting time. If you do not accept a substitute item and longer waiting time and your payment is for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

If your order includes more than one product and at least one of those products are not in stock, we may divide your order into two partial shipments, or wait for the last product to arrive and ship full order at once. It does depend on products you purchased, your selected shipping method, your location and waiting time. In any of these cases, you will be notified about the situation and provided with all relevant information.

We reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have placed your order. Your placement of an order as a customer does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order in our sole discretion. In addition, before accepting your order, we may require additional information if you have not provided all the information required by us to complete your order.

After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement by email. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. For that, you will receive an email confirming that has accepted your order when your order has been processed and is ready for delivery by Sky-shop.euThe contract to sell goods to you only relates to those goods listed in the confirmation email.


A description of the main characteristics of goods can be found on the product pages of the Website. Prices for goods on the Website appear on the product pages and include all applicable taxes. Prices and offers may vary and may only be available for limited periods. All prices and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion. The prices on the Website may differ to prices in our retail stores, catalogues or elsewhere.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock at the time we receive the payment for your order. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Pre-Ordered and Custom-Made Goods

Custom-made products are products that are manufactured specifically to you (it may be based on your measurements, preferred colouring and/or embroideries etc.). Custom-made products may include but is not limited to helmets, suits, containers, main and reserve canopies, full skydiving packages (container, main canopy, reserve canopy and AAD) etc. Custom-made and personalised goods have longer processing times and we have no liability over longer waiting time that may arise because of manufacturing processes. If your order contains both in-stock/ready-made and pre-order/custom-made goods then your order may be shipped separately (please see “Availability” section).

Accessories (e.g. Peeksteep Spike, Cookie Helmet Side Plates and alike) will be engraved in most appropriate position so that the engraved symbols are clearly visible. Please ensure that the symbols you provide for engraving are correct as mistakes cannot be rectified once your order is placed. As with any personalised products, once a product has been engraved it is non-returnable and will take extra processing time.

Custom-made goods are non-returnable and non-refundable. It does not apply if the good is faulty or incorrect.

Special Offers

From time to time, we may provide special offers for our goods or shipping services. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to goods you ordered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before the special offer was terminated.


All prices are listed in Euros (€, EUR). You can change the currency to Pound Sterling (£, GBP) and US Dollar ($, USD). Please be aware that currency rate may not always be accurate due to its volatility. We have no liability over the inaccuracy of the currency rate and it is your responsibility to actively check the currency and to purchase the goods in the prices displayed. Unless indicated otherwise, all prices include VAT, but exclude delivery charges, customs duties and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.


We ask customers to pay the full payment for their order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) before completion of the order. We accept the following payment methods: bank transfers, PayPal, Credit and Debit Card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Discover, American Express, JCB), Ideal, GiroPay, Bancontact, EPS, Przelewy24 payments.

Please be aware that additional fees do not apply only to bank transfer payments, all other payment methods are subject to additional fees that are clearly indicated in the Checkout page either as PayPal Fee or Payment Processing Fee. Additional fees also apply for international (non EU) wire transfers.

Large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on key details before we proceed to fill the order. In this event, we will contact you. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated, it may delay your order by a short period.

If you are using a credit card, please ensure that you provide the card holder's name as it is shown on the card, and the billing address corresponds to the one appearing on the card statement.

If you would like to purchase goods as a company, you must register a business account (Business (VAT number holder)) in the 
Register an Account page. In this case, you must indicate valid VAT number of your company and the payment for order must be made with the card that is held by this specific company. If payment would be made with a card the holder of which is any other person or company, we will ask you to pay the VAT tax or we will refund you the amount paid and you will have to make the payment with the correct card.

We ask you to pay 20% of advance payment for all custom-made products for us to proceed with manufacturing processes. The remaining amount must be paid after we receive your good(s) from manufacturer. Your items will be shipped to you only after you pay the full amount. Please refer to the 
Pre-Ordered and Custom-Made Goods section above to learn more about custom-made products.


Despite our best efforts, there may occur man-made and/or computer errors on the Site such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. Despite anything else in these Terms and Conditions, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and payment received. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If payment is done and we cancel the order, we will notify you and fully refund you for the amount charged. is under no obligation to sell incorrectly priced goods to you at the incorrect price.

Shipping and Delivery is using the following third party couriers: UPS Standard, UPS Express Saver, DHL, Inpost, GLS, PostNL, Omniva, BRT, CTT, Austrian Post, Colis Prive. Couriers may require your signature to ensure safe delivery.

A specific country has a specific set of shipping methods that is available to choose from. Shipping cost is determined by delivery location, weight of the goods and your selected shipping method, which determines shipping time, i.e. the time between your order leaving our warehouse and arriving to your selected destination. To see exact shipping charges that apply to you, simply add any item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.

You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example you may want to use your work address for delivery if your workplace policies allow this. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Boxes.

Each shipping method has an estimated delivery time indicated below it. Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

All orders are shipped from Vilnius, Lithuania. In case of a delay or Sky-shop’s error, we may offer to ship your products directly from the manufacturer. This would be agreed upon in advance.

Even though we ship worldwide, it may happen that some countries will not have available shipping options displayed. If no shipping options are available to your destination, contact us and let us know the location you want the product(s) to be delivered to.

We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 1 business day of the purchase date. Depending on the selected shipping method and your destination, most orders should arrive within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing or calling +37068689386. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.

If you do not answer when the courier tries to deliver your order, the courier will generally leave a calling card. You must then contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. reserves the right to charge you for any extra costs related to re-delivery and/or other additional courier services that result from you being unable to receive your order. Without limitation, we are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of you failing to contact our courier within the time specified in any “article awaiting collection” notice left by the courier at the time of delivery. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery.

When couriers deliver the goods to the address specified by the Customer, the goods are deemed to have been delivered by to the Customer. At the time of delivery of the order, the Customer must check the condition of the goods. When the Buyer signs the bill of landing, invoice, consignment or other document of delivery-acceptance of the goods, it is considered that the goods have been delivered in a proper condition. If the Customer notices that the package of the delivered goods is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Customer must mark it on the bill of landing, invoice, consignment or other delivery-acceptance document and write a free-form act of infringement of a good.

Depending on the size, weight and quantity of the goods, larger orders may be delivered in separate packages.

Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions and/or cheaper shipping options. If not indicated otherwise, free shipping means we will use any courier service, which offers the best price at the time (for example UPS, DHL, PostNL).

In case you decide to return the product that was shipped free of charge for any other reason than the product being faulty, you must pay any return freight costs.

Faulty items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased where still available. For faulty items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered; we will pay all freight charges on faulty items.


If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, we may issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at our discretion if you notify us within 5 business days from the delivery date. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.


Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to goods passes to you on delivery in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Property Rights

Goods ordered by you remain our property until you pay for them in full.

Withdrawal from the Contract

The Costumer is entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from this Contract without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for withdrawal shall be fourteen (14) days from the date on which you or a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the final goods delivered. If your order consists of multiple items or parts which are delivered on different days, then the cancellation period (in respect of your whole order) ends on the day 14 days after the day on which the last of the items or parts are delivered to you (or a person you have nominated to receive the order).

In case you change your mind, we will exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. the items are returned within 14 days of the purchase date;
  2. items must be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example boxed goods, they must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached; garment must not have been used;
  3. the item(s) is mass produced and was not custom-made and/or personalised for you.

If you return items to us that do not comply with the above requirements, we will return them to you at your cost. Return shipping costs, as well as additional shipping costs (if there is a need to change the size), have to be covered by the Buyer.

In order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify of your decision to withdraw from this Contract in a clear declaration (e.g. by sending a letter by mail). You can cancel your order by writing an email to, by calling +37068689386 or by any other means that are given in the Contact Us page.

You need to give a clear statement that you would like to cancel which includes your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel and some contact information such as a telephone number or email address.

Never send the items back before first contacting You must return your items to the following address: M. Antokolskio st. 13-10, Vilnius 01130, Lithuania. The items must be returned no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed that you would like to cancel your order and withdraw from this ContractThe deadline is deemed to be met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. Any returns are at your own risk.

You must pay for any return delivery costs, except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item is defective. For your protection, recommends that you return your items via registered post. You may be asked to return your items via UPS or another courier service; in this case, will cover all costs.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  1. delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and have been manufactured on the basis of a personal choice or according to customer specifications, or of goods which have clearly been tailored to the customer’s personal requirements, unless they are faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrect;
  2. delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for reasons relating to health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  3. delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.

If you withdraw from this Contract, we must reimburse you for any payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding the additional costs incurred if you have selected a different type of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us) without delay, but no later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this Contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction in order to reimburse you unless otherwise expressly agreed; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all items that are returned. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.

In case of deciding to return the goods, the Buyer must write to the Seller via e-mail The Buyer has the right to declare written complaints to the Seller regarding discrepancies noticed later or not recorded in this act. In this case, the Seller undertakes to investigate complaints and, in the event of a reasonable claim, offers the Buyer to replace the goods with those that meet the quality requirements, or reduce the price of the goods. aims to process all returns as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of this within a week of having returned the item. Please note that if you have been provided with Sky-Shop's freepost address then due to the extra time it takes for freepost items to be delivered it may take up to 14 days to receive confirmation of your refund. Please note that at busy times of the year such as public holidays, these times may increase.

Refund will refund you in full for any items you return, but will deduct from any reimbursement an amount equal to any diminishment in value of the items as a result of you handling the items beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

If you are returning all items in your order, will not refund any extra fees (e.g., PayPal fee) and costs (e.g., shipping) apart from what you paid for goods. If you are not returning all the items in your order, the initial delivery cost will not be returned to you and you will have to pay all returning expenses.

If you are returning items that was shipped for you free of charge, the amount refunded will not include the initial shipping fees covered by us, i.e., the amount refunded will be reduced by the amount we paid for the shipping. This does not apply when you receive faulty, defective or incorrect products.

UAB Pikstipa will process any refund due to you on Sky-shop's behalf as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days after the day Sky-shop confirms via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective items. You will be refunded using the same payment method originally used by you to make the payment (unless you have expressly agreed otherwise). You will be refunded no later than 14 days after the day receives the items you are returning back.

Receiving a Defective Product

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, you will be entitled to one of the following remedies:

  1. repair of a defective product (we would cover all extra shipping costs);
  2. replacement of a defective products to its new and properly functioning unit (we would cover all extra shipping costs);
  3. full refund of the amount paid for the defective product (we would cover all extra shipping costs);
  4. price reduction for the defective product (in this case, you would keep the item and the amount of the price reduction would be determined by depending on what is reasonable in the circumstances).

Please note that in any case of the product being returned, it is examined of any use you have had from the goods and the refund may be reduced to take account of that. You will then be notified of your refund or repair or replacement via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

Wrong Items and/or Incomplete Order

Please check if there are no discrepancies between items you originally ordered and actually received. To do that, login to your account or search for an e-mail you received and find the invoice of the order. In case of being any discrepancies or questions, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of the delivery date.

Limitation of Liability

If fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the goods and any proven losses that you suffer as a result of Sky-shop's failure to comply (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.

To the extent legally permitted, in no event will we be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any type whatsoever related to or arising from the supply of goods or services via this website or the use of such goods or services by any person, including, without limitation, any lost profits or savings, damage to or loss of property or personal injury (including death), even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion and waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theories.

Whilst adopts industry standard protections against computer viruses, it is not able to warrant that this website is free from computer viruses or any other malicious or impairing computer program. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect your statutory rights.

Events Outside our Control

You acknowledge and agree that we are excused from performing our supply and other obligations and will not be responsible for any delays where and so long as we are prevented from performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions by events or causes beyond our reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event")A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond Sky-shop's reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:

  1. strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
  2. civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
  3. weather, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
  4. impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
  5. impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
  6. the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Sky-shop's performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. will use its reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which its obligations to you may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

We will endeavour to notify you of any delay and its expected duration. If we are prevented from performing our obligations for longer than a reasonable time, we may cancel your order and issue you a credit in the amount paid for the order without further liability to you.

Written Communications

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications sends to you should be in writing. By accessing the Website, you accept that communication with will be primarily electronic through e-mail or notices posted on the Website. For contractual purposes, by accessing the Website you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that provides to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Unless otherwise specified the intellectual property rights in the contents of all the pages in this website, are owned or licensed to, or are used with permission from the owner.

The contents of this website may not be copied, reproduced, modified, downloaded or used in any form without our prior written permission.

Complaints takes all feedback very seriously and aims to deal with complaints as quickly and effectively as possible.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and suppliers harmless from and against all losses, expenses, claims, proceedings, damages and costs (including actual, special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential) of every kind and nature made by any other party due to or arising out of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, any terms and policies it incorporates by reference, the rights of another party, any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation or due to or arising out of any activity related to goods and services supplied by us.


We may issue you a voucher to redeem against the future purchase of goods. The Voucher is under these Terms and Conditions.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (Customers Outside the EU)

If you are shipping your order outside of the European Union you are applicable to Tax Free purchases. To see product prices without taxes, you have to look for ‘Without VAT tax’ price in the product page. This price will be applied after you estimate shipping taxes by choosing your country and selecting preferred shipping method in either the Cart or the Checkout page.

Countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional duties and taxes to be paid. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient, because we neither have control over these government-imposed charges, nor can determine the amount of them. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

By law, is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider providing us with a phone number which can be called to by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the warehouse. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges for goods that are refused for delivery at custom.

We may notify you by email, a general notice on this website or by other reliable method to an address or using contact information previously provided by you.

Safety Warning

Physical activities can be hazardous. The selection and use of suitable equipment requires skill, and you should ensure you are appropriately equipped and trained. In the interests of your safety and the safety of others, you should also ensure that you are properly trained in the techniques you will need to employ in pursuit of your chosen skydiving activity. recommends that you seek and take the advice of a suitably qualified person before purchasing your equipment. Once purchased, the equipment should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions and should likewise be inspected before use and properly maintained. Nothing in this notice affects your statutory rights.

WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The Directive also means that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

Goods are marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13 August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. is obliged under this Directive to offer its customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from a new Electrical or Electronic product.

For example, if a customer bought a new battery/altimeter from, would accept their old battery/altimeter and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to within 30 days of purchasing their new item.
